To whom it may concern. I'd like to share with you a new registered non profit organization called Pibon Ijitawin Foundation. Pibon Ijitawin Foundation, Is based on Timiskaming First Nation. This Nonprofit organization will introduce primarily inner city native youth and young adults who cannot afford a weekend at a ski resort. These weekends will take place at ski resorts across canada. During the weekend there will be an evening with Native inspirational speakers, Native comedian and a Hoop dancer. Pibon Ijitawin is to improve the lives, health, and fitness of youth through winter sports.
This winter Pibon Ijitawin is planning seven events. We want to accommodate eighty participants. One weekend will be in the neighborhood of $30,000.
